Space varies by location. Elboya and Trinity currently have space and we'd love to meet you. Windsor Park is in high demand, so we can't guarantee a spot - but you can add your name to the list.

For the school year our rates are:

• Kindergarten Full-Time Care (Windsor location only) - $326.25/month (affordability grant approved)
• Full-Time Care (Grades 1–6) - $560/month
• Part-Time Care (e.g. each Monday) - $140 per day/month
• Drop-In Rate - $40/day

Please download our Parent Handbook for more details on each package. Every package includes a healthy breakfast in the morning and a snack after school. We also cover the costs for any field trip or PD day that happens while your child is at KLUB.

KLUB's year-round hours are 7am-6pm. We adjust our schedule to fit each school's calendar, which means we're open for full days when the school is closed for a PD day. Otherwise we're open from 7am until school starts, and again from when school lets out until 6pm.

We're closed for a handful of stat holidays. For a detailed list of our hours and which days we're open or closed, check out our handbook.

If we do one thing well at KLUB, it's that we go above and beyond. A few examples:

We are always overstaffed: Right from the start, we've always employed more staff than the government requires. More staff means happier staff and a better, safer program for your kids.

Our staff are over-qualified: The government only requires half of our staff to be first-aid trained - we require everyone to be. That training only needs renewing every three years; we renew it every year.

Your children are the programmers: We take regular feedback from the children enrolled and use it to shape our program. When kids feel like their voice matters, KLUB becomes a place they don't want to leave.

Only our Windsor Park location currently has space to provide all-day kindergarten care.

As a general rule, we ask that kids do not bring their devices to KLUB. We have enough fun programming planned that they'll be busy and won't need it. There are two exceptions:

1. PD days: On a PD day (when schools are closed) kids are allowed to bring and use their devices only at the beginning and end of each day.

2. STEM laptops: We have laptops at each location with the sole purpose of teaching STEM skills. Learn more about our STEM program.

Unfortunately our rental agreements limit us to caring for the children at the school we serve.
